Adit Kalra Joins The Agency Marketing Group as Partner and Chief Operations Officer

September 20, 2005 (Minneapolis, MN) -- The Agency Marketing Group announced that Adit Kalra will join the team as Partner and Chief Operations Officer. Kalra comes to "The Agency" with extensive experience and impeccable drive. In his new role, Kalra will head up agency operations and new business development. He will work hand-in-hand with President and Founder Jeff Tietz.

"Kalra is exactly what The Agency has been looking for," said Tietz. He comes with multiple undergraduate degrees in marketing and finance as well as an MBA from Stanford University. In his most recent role, Kalra worked as a Sr. Business Analyst for American Express. He also worked for Zamba Solutions in Silicon Valley where he conceived and executed sales and marketing plans, built sales training programs, administered strategic planning, and developed product usage forecasts. He also worked in new product development, pricing, and sales. Additional experience includes initiating advertising policies and procedures, managing distributors, development of "new" revenue channels, and overseeing promotions and special events.

Kalra also brings to the table an elevated level of knowledge in the food and beverage industry. "This knowledge will add a necessary overlay to our already extensive food and beverage experience," said Tietz.
